1. Use of the App

Traveler Checklist is provided for personal trip planning and packing organization. All code, graphics, and original content are the exclusive property of PocketEngineStudio LLC. You may not reverse‑engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute any portion of the software.

2. Packing Templates – Suggestions Only

The packing lists and category templates generated by the app (e.g., “Beach Essentials”, “Work Trip”) are suggestions only. We are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on our templates.

3. In-App Purchases & Restore

All In‑App Purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) and Google (Android). Refund or billing issues must be handled directly with the respective store – we do not have access to your payment transactions.

4. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is”. We may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes. We are not liable if the app crashes, data is lost (e.g., device failure, uninstallation without backup), or if a reminder notification is not delivered due to system settings. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
